DayBlink Consulting climbs 14 spots on Vault’s Top 50 Consulting rankings
McLean, Va.-based firm ranked #10 amongst boutique consulting firms and #31 overall
McLean, VA (August 22, 2017) — DayBlink Consulting has been ranked #10 amongst boutique firms and #31 overall on Vault’s “Top 50 Consulting” list. The Vault Top 50 list includes the best consulting companies to work for based on prestige, culture, compensation, benefits and more. DayBlink is honored to be recognized by Vault for a second consecutive year and to rank in the top 15 across 11 categories among veteran companies such as Bain, McKinsey, and BCG.
Over the past year, DayBlink’s leadership team has taken a proactive approach to offer best-in-class benefits, promote transparency, and provide access to leadership across all levels of the firm, while cultivating diverse and innovative thought. Vault’s improved ranking of DayBlink across all these categories are validation of the organization’s success.
“Our comprehensive benefits offering reflects a culture that supports employees’ physical, emotional, financial, social, professional, and personal health,” says DayBlink Director of HR Kim Horner. “Many companies say they value their people, but DayBlink demonstrates it every day with our industry-leading benefits and focus on culture.”
DayBlink team members love the culture and are eager to come to work, but, more importantly, are excited by the “create value, get rewarded” proposition, quality of current clients, and overall business outlook. Moreover, the mutual respect among colleagues and leadership is embedded into DayBlink’s DNA and employees are satisfied knowing they are changing the consulting game, looking to help early-stage business ventures, and to give back to their communities in a meaningful way. As DayBlink Partner, John Morris stated, “we accept we’re mere mortals, so creating a lasting impact is the end goal.”
The “Consultant 50” rankings are based on the results of Vault’s annual Management and Strategy Consulting Survey. More than 16,000 consulting professionals of all levels assessed their peer consulting firms on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige. (Note: respondents were unable to rate their own employers and rated only firms with which they were familiar). Consultants also rated their own firm’s quality of life in such categories as firm culture and compensation, among others. For the purpose of the Vault Consulting 50 Ranking, a weighted formula was used to combine findings from both prestige and quality of life rankings to create one “Best to Work For” category.
